What we collect

When you submit the form on this site, we collect what you enter, which may include:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Details about the billboard, permit, lease, or land you tell us about (state, address, rent, lease terms, and similar)
• Any note or message you choose to add

We do not ask for and you should not submit financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through this form.

How we use it

Information you submit is used only to evaluate your billboard, permit, lease, or land and to contact you about a possible offer. We do not sell your personal information.

How submissions are handled

Form submissions are sent through a shared lead-processing system hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which delivers the details to our inbox by email via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). There is no separate database or account created for you — the submission exists as an email in our inbox and, on our end, in standard AWS infrastructure logs. To request that we delete a submission you sent us, email scottyshivar@gmail.com with the details you'd like removed and we will do so from our inbox.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the results of our advertising. Both are provided by Google and may set cookies or use similar browser storage.

When you arrive from an advertisement, this site reads click identifiers (gclid, msclkid, wbraid, gbraid) and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and related utm_* values) from the page URL. These are stored in your browser's sessionStorage — cleared automatically when you close the browser tab or session — and are included with your form submission so we can tell which advertisement or campaign led to your inquiry.

Opting out of Google Analytics

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across the sites you visit by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies or JavaScript in your browser will also prevent both Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking from running on this site, and will not affect your ability to submit the form or receive an offer.
